You've exceeded the store product limit

Some templates have example products which can cause an error message when attempting to upgrade your plan.


To solve this, follow these simple steps:


  1. Navigate to the "store" section within your site's builder


  1. Select "Products" in the left hand sidebar



  1. Click the blue arrow on the topmost product



  1. Delete the product – confirm the deletion if asked



  1. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the remaining products in the store
