You've exceeded your operator/booking limit

Some templates have example operators or bookings, which can cause an error message when attempting to upgrade your plan.

To solve this, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to the "appointments" section within your site's builder

If the error mentioned bookings, delete all bookings by selecting the gear and then "delete". Follow the instructions on the screen. Repeat for all bookings.



If the error mentioned operators, select the "operators" tab from the sidebar and then click "settings" on the operator.



Select the "delete" option and follow the on-screen instructions. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all operators.
