You've exceeded your operator/booking limit
Some templates have example operators or bookings, which can cause an error message when attempting to upgrade your plan.
To solve this, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the "appointments" section within your site's builder
- If the error mentioned bookings, delete all bookings by selecting the gear and then "delete". Follow the instructions on the screen. Repeat for all bookings.
- If the error mentioned operators, select the "operators" tab from the sidebar and then click "settings" on the operator.
- Select the "delete" option and follow the on-screen instructions. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all operators.
